Chardham Yatra by Helicopter Package 2023 Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival to Dehradun
On the day of your arrival, our guide will pick you up from the Dehradun railway station or airport and drop you off at a fine hotel where you will stay and enjoy the breakfast and dinner included in this package. After a long day of travel, unwind at this magnificent hotel and re-energize for the exhilarating Chardham yatra by helicopter.
Day 2: Dehradun to Yamunotri
Our tour planner will transport you to Dehradun’s sahastradhara helipad, from whence you will depart for Yamunotri Dham.

Now, when you arrive in Yamunotri (Kharsali), Our employees will welcome you.who will assist you in transferring your belongings to the hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for Yamunotri, a 5-kilometer hike.
After the VIP darshan at Yamunotri, you will return to the hotel for lunch and spend the rest of the afternoon relaxing at the hotel after lunch.
In the evening, we will visit the ancient Shani temple (depends on the climate) and When you return from there, Dinner will be served.
Day 3: Yamunotri to Gangotri
After departing from the Kharsali helipad, you will arrive in Gangotri, also known as India’s mini-Switzerland. Our handlers will now take you up from the Harsil helipad and drop you off at the five-star hotel. After breakfast, you’ll go by cab to Gangotri temple for VIP darshan, which is the most picturesque and breathtaking phase of the chardham yatra.

Our tour guide will drive you to the hotel after you arrive at Badrinath helipad, where you can have breakfast and lunch and relax for a while before we depart for the VIP darshan of Badri Narayan temple.
In the evening, after the darshan at Badrinath, we will visit Mana village and the Vishnu Sahasranamam route, which are also part of the Chardham yatra.

Helicopter Weight Limitation
The aviation department has set some standards for the Chardham yatra helicopter, according to which only 6 people can sit in a helicopter and the maximum weight of each passenger should be 72 kg, your weight will be measured before the flight and if we found more than the standard weight, you can be prevented from boarding the helicopter, in that case, you can contact us and get advice.
The maximum capacity of a helicopter is 430 kg which does not include passenger baggage and a passenger can carry only 5 kg maximum weight with him. If you bring more than 5 kg, the company has the right to stop you from boarding the helicopter.
Disclaimer for Bad Weather
Any type of flying is challenging in mountainous areas, sometimes in case of bad weather, busy air traffic and passenger’s illness, helicopter may be delayed or other unforeseen event may also occur, so passengers should be prepared for any such situation. Although adequate safety gear is provided by the crew but the passengers will have to keep their preparations complete.
*Cancellation Policy
Covid-19 case, or any other National/State Emergency:
In case passengers test COVID positive before the travel, lor the Yatra gets called-off by the government, or any National or State emergency is imposed, there will be no refunds applicable.
However, If passenger informed us 7 days prior his Yatra date with valid and genuine COVID Report we can issue a Credit Note by Travel Santa against the advance paid, which will be valid for next 3 months and can be adjusted against next Chardham Yatra Booking.
If booking is cancelled within 5 days due to covid, it is not possible for aviation company to allot the seat commercially to another passenger but we are happy if you pass this seat to your family member (averaging the same weight).
