Chardham Yatra Package

Day 1: Delhi to Haridwar(220km/7-8hrs drive one way)

Meet our driver (about 8 to 11 a.m.) at the Delhi airport/station/hotel/home and travel to Haridwar. When you arrive in Haridwar, check into your accommodation. Visit Mansa Devi Temple and attend Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri in the evening. Haridwar is where you will spend the night.

Haridwar: The holy city of Haridwar, which translates to “Gateway to God,” is a magnet for religious pilgrims from all over the world, and the gorgeous city, packed with temples, is a draw for religious pilgrims from all over the world.

 Religious holidays attract even more visitors, who can’t help but be drawn in by the city’s air of deep devotion. On the banks of the Ganges River, Haridwar is one of the Hindus’ seven holiest locations. Haridwar has a hectic but respectful atmosphere due to the large crowds gathered at Har-ki-PairiGhat.

Day 2: Haridwar to Barkot (210 kms/7-8hrs drive one way)

After breakfast, drive to Barkot via Mussoorie, stopping along the way to see Mussoorie Lake and Kempty Fall. After that, proceed directly to Barkot. Check into the hotel you reserved ahead of time. Barkot is where you will spend the night.
Mussoorie:-
The name Mussoorie is sometimes traced to a derivative of Mansr, a shrub native to the region. The majority of Indians refer to the town as Mansuri. In 1803 the Gorkhas, led by Umer Singh Thapa, invaded the Garhwal and Dehra, establishing Mussoorie.

The weather in Barkot is generally good in the summer, with temperatures ranging from 25 to 30 degrees Celsius; in the winter, the days are pleasant but the nights are chilly, with temperatures ranging from 10 to 05 degrees Celsius.

Day 3: Barkot/Yamunotri/Barkot{36kms drive & 6kms Trek (one side)}

After breakfast, drive to Jankichatti / Phoolchatti and begin your hike to Yamunotri (6 kilometres) (Either by walk or by horse or by Doli at own cost). Return to Jankichatti by hike after bathing in JamunabaiKund’s warm water and receiving “Darshan” of “Yamunaji.” Later, drive to Barkot and spend the night there.

Surya Kund: Near the temple, there are a number of hot springs that run into a number of pools. Surya Kund is the most prominent of them.

Before entering the Yamunotri Temple, pilgrims worship DivyaShila, a granite pillar.

The maximum temperature in Yamunotri during the summer is 18 degrees Celsius, while the lowest is 10 degrees Celsius. The days are lovely, but the evenings are chilly.

Day 4: Barkot - Uttarkashi (100 kms/4hrs drive)

Drive to Uttarkashi in the morning after breakfast. On the road to Uttarkashi, stop via Shivgufa. After arriving at Uttarkashi, visit the KashiVishwanath Temple in the city, check into the hotel, and spend the rest of the day relaxing. Uttarkashi is where you will spend the night.

A variety of ashrams and temples may be found in Uttarkashi.

Shivgufa is a small shrine located between Shivkhori, Barkot, and Uttarkashi. The majority of devotees do darshan before proceeding to Uttarkashi.

Vishwanath Temple – Vishwanath Temple is one of Northern India’s ancient Shiva temples. Maharani Khaneti Devi of Tehri State reconstructed it in the old architectural style in 1857. At the temple complex, a gigantic iron trident, symbolic of divine motherhood, has been built and worshipped since time immemorial. The temple complex also has tiny shrines dedicated to Ganeshji, SakshiGopal, and Markandeya Rishi. AkhandJyoti and AkhandAbhishek, as well as specific aartis in the morning and evening, are available. 

Uttarkashi Weather – Summers are hot, with temperatures ranging from 30-35 degrees Celsius, while evenings are nice; winters are cold.

Day 5: Uttarkashi - Gangotri- Uttarkashi (100kms/3-4 hrs each side)

After breakfast, travel to Gangotri, stopping at Gangnani to have a holy plunge in GaramKund before continuing to Gangotri via the lovely Harsil Valley.  Take a holy bath in the sacred river Ganges, which is also known as Bhagirathi at its source, as you arrive in Shree Gangotri. After doing Pooja and Darshan, take some time to rest in the beautiful surroundings. Later, return to Uttarkashi via car. Uttarkashi is where you will spend the night.

Harsil is a hamlet on the banks of the Bhagirathi River on the route to Gangotri, a Hindu pilgrimage site in Uttarkashi region of India, often known as the Mini Switzerland of India.

Near Harsil, on the Ganges below Gangotri Harsil is 78 kilometres from Uttarkashi and 30 kilometres from the Gangotri National Park, which covers 1,553 square kilometres and is located at an elevation of 9,005 feet (2,745 metres). 

Guptkashi

Day 6: Uttarkashi - Guptkashi (220kms/8-9hrs drive one way)

Drive to Guptkashi via Moolgarh and Lambgoan in the morning after breakfast. At Tilwara, you may observe the magnificent Mandakini River along way.  When you get at Guptakashi, check into your hotel. Guptakashi is where you’ll spend the night.

Guptakashi:- “Hidden Kashi” is how the term GuptKashi is derived. According to legend, when the Pandava brothers sought a sight of Shiva, Shivji initially hid himself at Guptkashi before fleeing up the valley to Kedarnath, where the Pandavas ultimately received their desire. The Kedarnath pandas (priests) dwell in Guptkashi during the winter, and after the Kedarnath temple closes for the season, the image of Kedarnath passes via Guptkashi on its route to Ukhimath (across the valley), where it spends the winter.

Day 7: Kedarnath - Guptkashi

After puja at the Kedarnath Temple in the morning, check out of the hotel. Guptkashi is where you will spend the night.Kedarnath: The Kedarnath temple, one of Lord Shiva’s 12 Jyotirlingas, is a picturesque site set against the beautiful Kedarnath range. Lord Shiva is also known as Kedar. According to mythology, after defeating the Kaurava in the Kurukshetra battle, the Pandavas felt sorry for killing their own brothers and begged Lord Shiva’s forgiveness. 

Tungnath saw his arms, Rudranath saw his face, Madhmaheshwar saw his belly, and Kalpeshwar saw his locks (hair) with his head.  The weather at Kedarnath is chilly for the majority of the year due to its high altitude. During the summer, the temperature hovers about 20 degrees Celsius. Wearing light woollen clothing is advised. The winter season at Kedarnath is harsh, with temperatures as low as 0°Celsius. During this season, the area is also covered in snow. Tourists normally avoid this period due to the harsh weather conditions.

Day 8: Guptkashi - Badrinath (220kms/9-10hrs)

Drive to Badrinath in the morning after breakfast. When you arrive in Badrinath, check into your accommodation. Pilgrims take the Darshan of Badrivishal&Aarti in the evening after taking a dip in the Taptkund. For the PinddanShraddh of forefathers, Brahamakapal is significant (Pitrus). Other significant tourist attractions include Mana, VyasGufa, Maatamoorti, Charanpaduka, Bhimkund, and the Saraswati River’s “Mukh.” 

TaptKund: Natural hot springs on the Alaknanda River, where bathing is common before approaching the Badrinath shrine.

ManaVillage is the last Indian hamlet before Tibet, inhabited by an Indo-Mongolian people.
Vasundhara: Vasundhara is a spectacular water fall, as its name indicates. This location is 5 kilometres away. There are 2 kilometres from Badrinath. IsmotorableuptoMana.
BhimPul: A gigantic rock creating a natural bridge spans the raging Saraswati river on the other side of Mana hamlet. Bhim is thought to have built it there. the second eldest of the five Pandava brothers, to provide a dramatic view of water roaring down through the tiny hole beneath the rock.
VyasGufa (cave): This is a rock-cave near Mana Village where VedVyas is said to have written the Mahabharata and pauranic commentary.

Day 9: Badrinath-Joshimath - Rudraprayag (160kms/7hrs drive one way)

After breakfast, the driver departs for Rudraprayag via Joshimath. After visiting Narsingh Temple at Joshimath, return to Rudraprayag via Joshimath. When you arrive at Rudraprayag, check into your hotel. Rudraprayag is where you will spend the night.

Joshimath is located on the ridges above the Alaknanda and Dhauliganga rivers’ confluence. Joshimath is the winter seat of Badrinath, and is one of the four ‘Maths’ created by Adi Shankaracharya. In the municipality, there are other additional temples. The most notable is the NarSingh temple, which houses Lord Vishnu’s idol.
With the passage of time, this deity’s left arm deteriorates, and legend has it that when the arm entirely withers, Badrinath valley will vanish and the Gods would relocate to the nearby Niti Valley in Bhavishya. BadriRudraprayag is one of the Alaknanda River’s PanchPrayag (five confluences). The Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers meet here. Rudraprayag is 86 kilometres from Kedarnath, a Hindu holy place.Rudraprayag The weather – Summers are generally hot, with temperatures ranging from 35 to 40 degrees Celsius; Winters are nice, although nights are frigid, with temperatures ranging from 20 to 05 degrees Celsius.

 

Day 10: Rudraprayag - Rishikesh(140kms/5-6hrs)

Drive to Rishikesh in the morning after breakfast. Rishikesh, often known as the ‘Place of the Sages,’ is a spiritual town on the Ganges River, encircled on three sides by the Shivalik Himalayan range. It is stated that after Raibhya Rishi performed difficult penances, God appeared as ” Hrishikesh ” and the location became known as Rishikesh. Later, go sight-seeing in Rishikesh, including Laxman Jhulla and Ram Jhulla. Rishikesh is where you will spend the night.

Rishikesh: Rishikesh is a Hindu sacred city named after Lord Vishnu. It is also regarded as the world’s yoga hub and is home to numerous world-renowned ashrams. It is located in the foothills of the Himalaya in northern India. Rishikesh bills itself as the ‘Yoga Capital of the World,’ with a plethora of ashrams and yoga and meditation sessions to choose from. Within the city, the fast-flowing Ganges is bordered by wooded hills. Rishikesh is currently a prominent white-water rafting destination, backpacker hangout, and entrance to Himalayan treks, in addition to temples and ashrams.

Day 11: Rishikesh - Delhi (245kms/7-8hrs)

Morning after breakfast, drive for Delhi. Dropping at Delhi airport/ station/ home/ hotel.

However, If passenger informed us 7 days prior his Yatra date with valid and genuine COVID Report we can issue a Credit Note by Travel Santa against the advance paid, which will be valid for next 3 months andcan be adjusted in relation tonext Chardham Yatra Booking.
If a reservation is cancelled within 5 days due to a conflict, it is not possible for aviation company to allot the seat commercially to another passenger but we are happy if you pass this seat to your family member (averaging the same weight).
Every year, For about six months, The high-altitude shrines are shut down. opening in the spring and closing with the arrival of winter (October or November). It is advised to complete the Char Dham Yatra in a clockwise direction.As a result, the pilgrimage begins at Yamunotri and ends in Haridwar.
