A visit to the Nomads Village allows us to meet and connect with a community that is an important element of Haridwar’s ecology, where we see a basic life in harmony with nature. Continuing on, we arrive to a dry riverbed for a magnificent Forest Riverbed Picnic Lunch, a tranquil afternoon spent in the centre of a deep forest, passing by the turquoise waters of the Ganga and with views of the dense woods of Chila Wildlife Sanctuary on the other side of the canal. Enjoying delectable bits of food while surrounded by the jungle’s clamour is a memorable experience. We return to the relaxing amenities of our resort after this delightful afternoon.

We follow our tour manager’s direction out of the resort for a morning packed with pleasant experiences, with a glad head and a calm mind. Our tour manager accompanied us on the Singhthali Bird Trek, We start our excursion from the resort, strolling through one of the most beautiful cable suspension bridges and weaving our way to the other side of the river, where we can view Taj Rishikesh and its terraced terraces through the Singthali jungle. We pass through a cave, a tattoo fern (a plant that produces natural tattoos), cactus plants, various camp sites, and a big pebble beach on our stroll. This three-kilometer hike leads us to the opposite side of our resort, and a gentle river rafting adventure returns us to our resort’s private beach.
